Chad Graham joined Excel Hydraulics LLC in December, 2016, as Chief Operating Officer.

Chad Graham brings significant manufacturing, operations and M&A experience to Excel Hydraulics, along with information technology experience with large scale deployments of point-of-sale, manufacturing resource planning, insurance billing, digital marketing, business analytics and reporting platforms in chain-based and multi-unit business environments. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at American Driveline Systems Inc, parent company of the AAMCO and Cottman transmission brands, and Global Powertrain Systems Inc, a transmission remanufacturing company. Prior to joining American Driveline, Chad served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Refac Optical Group and its main subsidiaries U.S.Vision Inc. and Nationwide Vision Inc. During his 14-year tenure at Refac Optical, he successfully completed several technology and M&A initiatives for the company’s retail brands consisting of JCPenney Optical, BJs Optical, Meijer Optical, Sears Optical, Macy’s Optical, AAFES Military Exchange, Hudson Bay Optical and Nationwide Vision in Arizona.

Prior to his work at Refac Optical Group, Chad served as Director of Information Technology at National Data Corporation in the company’s Health Information Services division, focusing on Healthcare billing management applications and systems.
