This international standard for quality management will allow Excel to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that exceed customer expectations and meet regulatory requirements. With this certification, Excel will be able to see improved consistency through a process-oriented approach to documentation, structure and procedures. It will allow Excel to increase control of business processes, and improve all around standards. All of which will result in the highest level of customer service and consistency. The projected goal for Excel’s ISO9001 certification is 2020.”
