Matt Rosen joined Excel Hydraulics LLC in September 2004 as a welding and fabricating technician, bringing with him more than 10 years of fabrication experience. During the course of his 13 year tenure at Excel Hydraulics, Matt has expanded and applied his knowledge in various positions, including fabrication, welding, mechanical repair, crane service, boom truck repair and hydraulic system trouble-shooting. He currently serves as Supervisor, a promotion he earned in 2013.

In his role as a Shift Leader and Shop Manager, Matt uses his more than 23 years of experience to provide guidance and training for less experienced technicians. He’s completed a Fassi Crane Products Technical Crane Training, presented by Fascan International, Inc. Matt’s training and knowledge make him a valuable resource as he oversees the work to ensure the that customer’s equipment operates at the highest performance.
